Section 144 CrPC promulgated

Shillong, May 28: The District Magistrate of East Khasi Hills has promulgated an order under Section 144 CrPC prohibiting holding of public rally at Kiang Nongbah Memorial, Civil Hospital, Shillong. The order also prohibits assembly of Five or more persons within a radius of 500 metres at Civil Hospital area.
