Section 144 imposed on fishing in Sivasagar Bir Raghab Divas to be celebrated in Duliajan

DULIAJAN, APRIL 11: Bir Ragahab Divas will be celebrated at Duliajan Club on April 14 under the aegis of all Moran ethnic communities and in association with oil town committee of Asom Moran Sabha. As per programme in the morning there will be flag hoisting, swahid tarpon, plantation programme, procession and drawing competition. In the afternoon hours there will be open meeting and a souvenir will also be released. In the open meeting, Torun Baruah Moran, president of Moran Xahitya Xabha, Dr Modon Sarmah, Professor in the Department of Linguistic and Foreign Language, Tezpur Central University and Borunuddoy Sarmah, RCE of OIL, Dibrugarh Deputy Commissioner MS Manivann, Dibrugarh SP Ra Bhuyan will be present.
