Section 144 promulgated

GOLAGHAT, January 19: The Golaghat district magistrate promulgated Section 144 in the tiol highway of Golaghat district from Monday. The district magistrate issued order to promulgate Section 144 to maintain law and order and prohibit all kinds of construction works on NH-37 covering hundred foot distance from both sides of the road. The order has been extended to areas like Dadhora, Ikorani, Rajabahar, Dolijalia, Dergaon Town area, No. 1 Negheriting, 215 Negheriting grant, 7 No. harani grant and Chital pather to Kakodonga bridge in Golaghat district.
