Security guard in TMCH gets into heated argument with attendant

Tezpur, Oct 26: Sensation prevailed on Tuesday at Tezpur Medical College and Hospital (TMCH) following heated arguments and quarrel between security personnel of TMCH and attendant of a patient. According to sources, Utpal Bhuyan, Chief Secretary of North Assam Divyang Association, admitted his mother Usha Bhuyan in this medical college on October 22.  A security guard, Monoj th allegedly came into the room and forcefully shook the bed on which his mother was lying. Due to the sudden shake, the ailing woman allegedly trembled.

While Utpal Bhuyan quizzed about such an absurd act, the security personnel called his fellow security guards and they began to use abusive language against Utpal and his mother. The situation turned tense as heated arguments were exchanged and later, Utpal Bhuyan took away his mother from the hospital. Later, he lodged a complaint before the authority of the hospital on Tuesday for taking necessary action against the erring security guards, sources said.
