Security tightened in Demow for Durga Puja

DEMOW, October 6: The people of Demow are all set to celebrate Durga Puja with great fervour. Durga Puja which will start from Friday on the day of Bel Baran. O that day the idols will be brought to the pandals due to which security has been beefed up in Demow and its surroundings areas. Demow Police have been carrying out random checking of vehicles on the roads to prevent any untoward incident in Durga Puja. The decoration of pandals has been completed.
