GUWAHATI, March 13: The Assam State Committee of the BJP today said that the State Government failed to control swine flue (H1N1) in the state. “Had the State Health Department acted on time, the outbreak of the flue could have been prevented,” the BJP said, and added: “Dispur should seek help from the Centre to control swine flue in the state.” The BJP also said that it would hold mammoth rallies on February 15 at Mushalpur and Anda gar in Baksa district in the BTAD.
