Semifils rescheduled

GUWAHATI, April 6: The dates of the semifils of bin Chandra Tamuly Inter School Cricket Tourment has been rescheduled. The matches will be played now on April 12 instead of April 13(morning and afternoon). This is stated in a press release by bab Ali, Coach cum Secretary, Guwahati Cricket Coaching Centre.

On the other hand, Rastrabhasha Prabhakar High School defeated Faculty High School by 17 in the 1st match of the tourment on Monday at Nehru Stadium. Losing the toss batting first, Rastrabhasha Prabhakar maged 117 in allotted 15 overs losing 3 wickets. Gandhar Jha made 35 off 42 balls while Subham Das and Manish Kumar contributed 32 and 31 respectively. Faculty High School could reach 100 in allotted overs losing 6 wickets.

Tomorrow Little Flower School will take on Sarala Birla Gyan Jyoti while Don Bosco will take the challenge of Pragjyotish English School.
