Doomdooma, Jan 20: A one-day semir was organized for the staff of Don Bosco School and Don Bosco Junior College on January 19 where altogether 40 teachers participated. In his welcome address Principal Fr Tarcisius Toppo said that teachers should play the role of mentors rather than mere instructors. The programme was organized in collaboration with Oxford University Press and facilitated by Rev. Fr. Paul Pudussery CSC from Don Bosco University, Guwahati. Through the programme teachers were able to evaluate their career choices and the level of motivation with which they are working. Fr.
