Semir on English literature to be held in September

SILCHAR, July 11: Intertiol semir on English literature will be organised on September 8 and 9 by the Department of English, Assam University, Silchar. The semir is by Mahanirman Kolkata Research Society’s director Professor Rabir Samaddar. Earlier it was scheduled to be held in the month of April. Owing to the assembly elections, the semir was postponed to September. An organizing committee for proper magement of the semir has also been formed which comprise Dipendu Das, head and conveners Dr. Anindya Shyam Chowdhury and joint-convener Dr. Saugata Kumar th of the Department of English, Assam University.
