GUWAHATI, Sept 12: The Zol matches of the 65th Senior Inter District Football Tourment for Khirod Baruah trophy will start from the fourth week of December. The venues of Zol and Fil round will be announced later. Meanwhile Assam Football Association has decided to impose fine of Rs 5000 to those District Association who will not take part in the championship this season. The last date of entry is October 5.
