Senior teacher passes away

GAURISAGAR, July 15: Tunu Dutta, a senior teacher of Dikhowmukh Girls’ High School  passed away  recently at Assam Medical College and Hospital, Dibrugrah. She was 60. She had been suffering from a critical disease since a long. The demise of the teacher has cast a pall of gloom in the entire Dikhowmukh area.

Various organizations like AASU, Dikhowmukh Regiol Committee, Dikhowmukh Sakha Xahitya Xabha, Dikhowmukh Press Club, AGP Dikhowmukh  Regiol Committee, Dikhowmukh Mondal  Congress Committee, Srimonta  Sankardev Sangha, Sivasagar Zila Karmachari Parisad, Barhamthuri Sanskritik Charcha Kendra, Dikhowmukh, Bharalua Tiniali Bibasaye Santha, Dikhowmukh Higher Secondary and Dikhowmukh Jajati High School, Dikhowmukh Guwal  Gayan Gaon Yuvak Sangha and Dikhowmukh Milita Silpi Samaj expressed  their condolence at the death of the teacher. Tunu Dutta was the wife of Bhupen Dutta, the founder Headmaster of  Dikhowmukh Girls’ High School and a resident of Dikhowmukh Gayan gaon.
