Sensation over alleged murder in Golaghat

GOLAGHAT/DHEKIAL, February 8:  Sensation shrouds the death of a person med Satyath Bora at Bengekhowa area under Golaghat Police station.

According to family sources, on Tuesday, Satyath Bora along with his friend Binda Bora had gone to attend a marriage ceremony in a nearby village. They were returning home at night when a quarrel took place between the two. The quarrel turned violent and Satyath Bora was allegedly violently attacked by Binda Bora.

Later, he was taken to the Swahid Kushal Konwar Civil Hospital, Golaghat where he succumbed to his injuries. The police have arrested Binda Bora. He has a previous record of misconduct and rude behaviour in drunken condition.
