Setting up of mrup IV plant demanded

mrup, Jan 19: The mrup Fertilizer Shramik Union in association with Fertilizer Workers’ Union and Joint Council Officers , BVFCL undertook a massive bike rally  as mark of protest on  Friday  from BVFCL main gate premises  to harkatia Circle office demanding immediate setting up of mrup IV plant. The activist by displaying banners and shouting slogans tried to mount pressure on the Government to realize the dream of mrup IV plant.

The bike rally was held under the leadership of Suren Gogoi, Gen Secy, Tileswar Borah, Gen Secy, NFSU and Mugdha Pran Mahanta, Secretary, NFWU along with the participation of more than 200 protesters. The activist later reached Circle Office, harkatia and submitted a memo to the PM of India through Circle Officer, harkatia. The leaders of the Unions informed that on February 2 a group of delegates from BVFCL workers union will go to  Delhi to put pressure on the Government for early setting up of mrup IV plant.
