Shimla, July 20 : Twenty-six people, including 18 men, were arrested when a sex racket was busted in a hotel on the outskirts of Shimla, an official said on Monday. “Eighteen men and eight women, all in the age group of 35 to 40 years, were arrested on Sunday evening,” Superintendent of Police D.W.
