Shab-e-Qadr observed at Tangla

TANGLA, July 3: Muslims across the town observed, ‘Shab-e-Qadr’, the night of power, on Saturday. Also known as ‘Lailatul-Qadr’, the event is observed on the 27th day of Ramzan. The night is considered auspicious. Devotees turned up in large numbers for the special prayers and sermons organized at Tangla Bara Masjid and Banseria Masjid in the town.
