Shahil bags silver medal

GUWAHATI, April 11: Shahil Dey of Assam displayed good show in the Asian Youth Chess Championship  and clinched the silver Medal in the Blitz event in Mongolia. However in the main event he has scored 3.5 points after 6 rounds and placed in 4th position with a group of 11 other players. In another 3 rounds to go, Shahil has to win all the remaining rounds to ensure a medal and qualify for the World Championship.
