GUWAHATI, Nov 16: Young Chess Prodigy Master Shahil Dey, who received the tiol Award for exceptiol Achievement 2017 from the President of India on 14th November 2017, was warmly welcomed and felicitated by State Minister of Sports & Youth Welfare ba Kumar Doley at his Office on  Wednesday evening in the presence of MLA of Rangia Constituency Bhabesh Kalita, Bishov Lal Pathak, Co-Convenor, Swach Bharat Mission Project, BJP Assam Pradesh and Biswajit Bharadwaj Founder Secretary of Assam Chess Club.
