SHILLONG, Aug 18: Shillong Lajong Academy beat Fujian Outshion FC (Chi) 1-0 in the last group B match on Friday morning in the ongoing BRICS U-12 Intertiol Youth Football Tourment at the Putian Sports Centre in Putian, Chi.
Junior Reds Captain, Alwinson Bareh netted the only goal in the first half of the match. Alwinson has scored three goals from three matches played so far.
After today's victory, Shillong Lajong Academy have advanced to the quarterfils of the tourment. They will play their next match against Green Town Yuhua Taohuayuan (Chi) on Saturday at 5:30AM (IST).
