Shillong, Feb 1: Shillong Lajong will host Mohun Bagan in their next I-League match at home on Saturday at the JN Stadium in Shillong at 5:30 PM.
Shillong Lajong returned home after playing an exhausting three consecutive away matches against Churchill Brothers, Neroca FC and Gokulam Kerala. They picked up three points after their win against Manipur outfit, Neroca FC but were on the losing end in the other two matches.
Meanwhile, the Kolkata outfit is coming into this match after playing a 1-1 draw against Aizawl FC on 25th January in Aizawl.
Shillong Lajong and Mohun Bagan drew 1-1 on 14th December in the first leg clash in Kolkata with Dicka and Samuel Lalmuanpuia scoring the goals for their respective sides and now both sides will face each other one last time in the second leg fixture of the I-League, which promises to be a high octane clash in Shillong on Saturday evening.
At the moment, Shillong Lajong is in the fifth position with 17 points while Mohun Bagan is in the fourth position also with 17 points.
