Shiva reaches 2nd in world ranking

GUWAHATI, Nov 3: New sensation of Indian boxing Shiva Thapa, who hails from Guwahati, became the highest-ranked Indian boxer. As per the latest intertiol rankings Shiva is placed in the second spot with 1550 points in the 56kg category. Last month Shiva won a bronze medal in the World Boxing championship, held in Doha, and it helped the boxer to go up five places from the previous list.
