Shortage of blood, Tripura doctors advised for ratiol use

Agartala, April 7: Though Tripura is ahead of all others in collection of blood through voluntary dotions, the state is now facing a serious crisis forcing the authorities of the state’s leading G B Hospital to instruct its doctors for ‘ratiol use’ of blood. The stock of blood in the Blood Bank has come down to the alarming position. So you are advised for ratiol use of blood, the authorities in a letter told all the heads of the departments. It is learnt that stock of blood has come down to dir as blood dotion camps are not being held on a regular basis for some time.
