Silchar Leos observe Intertiol Women's Day'

Silchar, March 9: The newly formed Silchar Leos in collaboration with Women’s College, Silchar, observed Intertiol Women’s Day on Thursday. A one-day workshop on self defence and self hygiene for women was held at the auditorium of Women’s College.  The whole programme was divided into two sessions. Advocate Tuhi Biswas in the first session made the audience aware of the legal rights of women. Monica Deb, in the same session, took part in an interactive session on women’s health, hygiene and cleanliness.
