Silchar take 1st innings lead

GUWAHATI, April 4: Silchar took 1st innings lead against Guwahati on the first day of the quarter fil tie in the J K Barooah Memorial U-19 Inter District cricket tourment held at Biswanth Chariali today. Invited to bat Silchar were bowled out 120 in their first innings. However the side came back strongly into the game and bowled Guwahati out paltry 67 runs in their first innings. At the end of the first day's play Silchar were 43-5 in their second innings.
