Silver jubilee of Assam Jatiya Bidyalaya

GUWAHATI, Jan 1: A cultural procession was taken out on Monday morning by Assam Jatiya Bidyalaya, Noonmati. The school is celebrating its yearlong Silver Jubilee. January 1 was the foundation day of the school.  Floral tributes were paid on the portraits of the school’s departed founder-members of magement committee and founder teachers. Altogether 25 flags of the school were hoisted. After the welcome speech by the principal, 25 students performed a Borgeet. Rector Ranjit rayan Deka distributed birthday cards among the students born on January 1.
