Sitala Puja celebration

DEMOW, June 7: The Sitala Mandir which is situated near NH-37 road, is one of the oldest temples in Demow area. The Sitala Puja Committee in Demow Chariali will hold its 100th Sitala Puja this year, said a member of the Puja Committee. From morning the puja will start with aarti and after that the rituals will be performed accordingly. During evening, khichidi will be distributed among the people and the devotees. At night, bhajans will be sung.
