GUWAHATI, March 25: Sivasagar and Dibrugarh moved into the semi fils of the 7th Veteran Inter District and Inter Institutiol T20 cricket championship defeating Silchar and Guwahati respectively in the quarter fil held at the Nehru stadium here today. Sivasagar defeated Silchar by 8 wickets while Guwahati lost to Dibrugarh by 5 wickets.
