Sivasagar driver goes missing

SIVASAGAR, Dec 11:  Fakaruddin Ali, a resident of Hatikukh area in Sivasagar and a driver by profession, who had gone to Darrang, is missing along with the vehicle he drove since December 8. According to information, Fakaruddin Ali drove to Beshumari market in Darrang district for purchasing vegetables with a Bolero Pick-Up van bearing registration number AS-04/AC-7208 which belonged to Ajay Kumar Shah of Babupatty area of Sivasagar town on December 8. Since then the driver could not be communicated, even his mobile number 9954325683 was found switched off.  Shah has lodged an FIR with the Sivasagar Sadar Police Station and a case has been registered (Case No. 1199/2015) on the basis of Shah’s statement.The police have failed to trace either the driver or the Bolero Pick-Up van till filing of this report.
