Sivasagar lift handball title

DEMOW, February 8: Sivasagar lifed both Boys and Girls title in the All Assam Inter District Junior Handball Competition (under-19) which concluded at Golaghat recently. In the Boys section, Sivasagar beat Pragjyotish team by  23-11. In the girls category, Sivasagar won the fil against lbari by 14-2. Punya Chaura became the highest scorer by scoring 26 Goals for the Boys team and Gitanjali Khadal became the highest scorer by scoring 22 goals for the Girls team. Both the players were from Demow Handball Club and they received Trophy and certificate from the organizing committee.
