Sivasagar students develop 3D game on Mission Chi

SIVASAGAR, Feb 4: The first cinematic 3D video game based on Mission Chi, an Assamese Film, is all set to release soon. The game will feature Zubeen Garg as Colonel Goswami in the lead role, making Zubeen Garg the first Assamese artiste to play the main role in a video game. The game has been developed by three students of Sibsagar Commerce College. They are Anshuman Gogoi, Ankurjyoti Hatiboruah and Deepjyoti Konwar.

While talking to The Sentinel, Dr Saumarjyoti Mahanta, Principal of Sibsagar Commerce College said that he is proud of the three students’ success who are pursuing Bachelors in Computer Application (BCA) (6th Semester). It will also consist the 3D polymodels of the characters of Mission Chi. In this game, a single gamer can play different characters’ role.
