Sivasagar tya Samaj welcomes new DC

SIVASAGAR, March 29: A certificate distribution ceremony of the recently concluded 30-days NSD-sponsored drama workshop was held at Sivasagar tya Mandir. Deputy Commissioner of Sivasagar Pallav Gopal Jha was the chief guest at the ceremony. A brief but impressive programme was organized by the Sibsagar tya Samaj, Sivasagar at Sivasagar tya Mandir in honour of Jha who recently took over as the new Deputy Commissioner of Sivasagar. While exhorting the gathering, the DC expressed gratitude for the warm reception accorded to him at Sivasagar tya Mandir which bears the significance since 1899. He expressed his willingness to walk the extra mile whenever and wherever required in order to provide good governce to the public and sought co-operation from all sections of the society.
