Six gamblers arrested in Margherita

MARGHERITA, January 12: Margherita Police Station Officer in-Charge Debojit Mahanta and his team arrested six gamblers from Baragolai Daily Bazaar area on Monday night. The six gamblers have been identified as Amrit Acharjee, Sova Bora, Kiran Pradhan, Dicambar Pradhan, Bhogeswar Pradhan and Jardhan Rao, all from Baragolai area. Margherita Police arrested them with dice and other gambling items. Among the six arrested gamblers, Jardhan Rao is an employee of Coal India Limited.
