Skill development centre iugurated at Tengakhat College

Dibrugarh, October 26: A skill development centre called Dindayal Uppadhaya Skill Development Centre, was recently iugurated by Dibrugarh MP Rameswar Teli at Tengakhat College. The centre aims at developing the skills of the students of the college as well as the region. The centre has been opened under the joint aegis of University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Ministry of Human Resource, Government of India.

Meanwhile, a meeting  chaired by president of Tengakhat College maging committee, Rudreswar Sonowal, was graced by official  of tiol Skill and Vocatiol Centre, Cheni,  CV Rajesh, Director  of Dibrugarh University Development Council, Dr Rupam Saikia and Director of North East Yuba Vikash Kendra,  Manoj Nikhara Sahel  as chief guests.  

Tanmay Dutta, who secured the gold medal at the Inter-College Kick Boxing Competition, 2015, held at Mariani College, was also felicitated in the meeting.  Later, the vote of thanks was delivered by lecturer of Tengakhat College, Pradip Gogoi.
