Skill development programme

SHILLONG, May 2: The Border Security Force, Meghalaya Frontier once again started an orientation programme on skill development for the unemployed youth of the border area at Mawpat in Shillong. A group of 66 youths including four girls from bordering districts of South West Khashi Hills, West Garo Hills have joined the programme. The selected lot by the BSF will be imparted pre-recruitment training on various subjects like, general knowledge, reasoning, current affairs, mathematics, english and hindi, besides improving physical fitness through PT, sports and games. All trainees be provided fooding / lodging by the Border Security Force. All trainees will be imparted training by the dedicated instructors of BSF.
