Special Court issues summons to four

GUWAHATI, Feb 3: The Special Court has issued summons to 4 persons – Shyam Sankar Purakayastha, Fakaruddin Laskar, Sankar Roy and Mazar Uddin Borbhuyain – in CID and Special Judge Court cases related to Rs 700 crore RKVY and BGREI agricultural scam. The Special Court asked them to present in the court on February 27. NGO APW filed two cases against these four persons for their suspected involvement in the scam.
