Special Operation Team Seize Trucks Laden With Stones in Sonitpur District of Assam

TEZPUR, July 25: A special operation team of Sonitpur West Forest Division personnel led by Debabrata Gogoi, Range Forest Officer of Tezpur Sadar range seized five trucks laden with stone today. The Range officer informed that the trucks (NL-02-G-7457, NL-02-G-7459, AS-12-BC- 0413, and AS-12-AC 6802) were seized from Khanamukh, Chariduar, Thelamara and other areas in Sonitpur district for violation of Assam Minor Minerals Rules 2013 of the forest department and these trucks were running without valid challan for supplying minor minerals.
