Sporting rally to hold East Bengal

Kolkata, March 21: Two late goals from visitors Sporting Clube de Goa earned them a hard fought 2-2 draw against East Bengal in an I-League encounter at the Salt Lake stadium here on Saturday.

East Bengal were 2-0 up after the hour mark as their Nigerian striker Ranti Martins scored a brace to put his side on the driving seat. However, Trinidadian forward Anthony Wolfe scored twice in quick succession to restore parity for Sporting. IANS
