Sports organizer Ahmed dead

Guwahati, April 17:  Sports organizer Ahteshum Uddin Ahmed (Bablu) died last evening in the city after a massive cardiac arrest. He was 56.  Ahmed, who was very popular in the sports fraternity, was the former Assistant Secretary of the Gauhati Sports Association and also associated with several city based clubs including Young Amateur. Gauhati Sports Association, Assam Olympic Association and Assam Sepak Takraw Association had condoled the death.
