State BJP holds rasing day

GUWAHATI, April 6: The BJP Assam Pradesh observed the 39th foundation day of the party all over the State along with rest of the country on Friday. The party hoisted its flags at all district, mandal and booth level offices, besides carrying out cleanliness drives, holding blood dotion camps and plantation programmes.

The party observed the day at GMCH auditorium in Guwahati where Chief Minister Sarbanda Sonowal, State party president Ranjit Kumar Dass, and a number of ministers and MLAs were present. Sonowal appealed to all members of the party to work dedicatedly to strengthen the party.
