State budget to be presented today by Finance Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma

GUWAHATI: The budget for the financial year 2019-2020 will be placed on the floors of the Assembly on Wednesday by Finance Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. Analysts feel that the proposed annual budget would be election oriented what with the Lok Sabha polls round the corner.
