MANGALDAI, May 5: Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS), Darrang sponsored by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (Department of School Education and Literacy), Government of India, organized a day-long programme at their office complex at Ward No. 2 in Mangaldai to observe May Day.
JSS Darrang has successfully been undertaking various vocatiol training courses in different streams for the unemployed youths of the rural areas of the district. Director of JSS, Darrang, Sheikh Mohammed Amin, while taking part in the programme, spoke in details about the significance of May Day and highlighted the need of uniting all working community to ensure their rights.
The meeting was presided over by District Coorditor of Mahila Samata Society, Assam, Jebun Nessa Chowdhury.
