Student drowns in Sivasagar

Joysagar, Feb 2: A student of Class X of Rupohi Mothadang HS School, Sivasagar died on Thursday by drowning in a pond near his house.

He has been identified as Dipjyoti Gogoi (14), son of Jibon Gogoi, resident of Puroni Pukhori under Joysagar PS. Police recovered his body and sent it to Joysagar Civil Hospital for postmortem.
