IMPHAL, March 31: The students of D.M. College in Imphal stormed the District Institute of Education and Training located on the same campus. Window panes and doors were damaged by the angry students who are demanding shifting of the office from the campus.
The students were not happy with the refusal of the government to shift it despite continuing demand. There was a scuffle between the police and students. Police tried to prevent the students from locking up the office.
Police are standing by to ensure that there is no breach of law and order.
