GAURISAGAR, May 3:  CEC Gaurisagar centre observed its second foundation day at its premises near Mitong Bridge, Gaurisagar in Sivasagar district on Wednesday. On this occasion, a lecture on personality development as well as skill development was held. Romen Kalita, Assistant Professor of Dikhowmukh College delivered the lecture as a resource person. He said by birth, the brain of every one was equal. Development of skill of a student would depend on how he used his brain. He said that no student could develop his skill if his thoughts and feelings were reserved in a triangle. So he urged the student community to think outside the triangle. Emphasizing convergent and divergent thinking, he highlighted how to empower the brain. At the end of the programme, diploma was given to the students who had successfully completed their course.
