SunSource Energy completes first phase of 100 MW solar project

New Delhi, Feb 10: SunSource Energy, a proven Indian solar energy player with global presence which provides end-to-end solar development and EPC services, has successfully implemented the first phase of a 100 MW solar project in South East Asia. Intertiolly, SunSource Energy has delivered solar design and project advisory work on nearly 1000 MW of solar projects over the past seven years. Intertiolly, SunSource is starting to create a strong niche, with the second phase for a 25 MW section of the major client in South East Asia expected to be completed by March 2017.  With a team of over ninety people, SunSource Energy is currently involved in nearly 100 MW+ of solar projects in India and intertiolly. It has created a market presence and a team to leverage attractive opportunities both in India and overseas.

In India, SunSource has designed and built over 100 solar projects across 18 states in India, with a focus on decentralised power projects. SunSource’s delivered projects include captive, rooftop-mounted solar power plants for commercial and industrial (C&I) clients as well as ground-mounted MW projects for Independent Power Producers (IPPs).

To mitigate capital costs of solar energy in mind, SunSource helps creditworthy energy end-users receive up to hundred percent capital from third party investors. This ebles these creditworthy rooftop owning C&I energy users to simply buy energy from their own rooftop solar plant, with zero capital investment, and at rates cheaper than their current costs of energy.

“Aligning with Prime Minister rendra Modi’s target of 100 GW by 2022 including 40 GW on rooftop and decentralised projects, SunSource is focused on developing, designing and building 400 MW of decentralised solar projects by 2022,” said Kushagra ndan, Co-Founder & COO of SunSource Energy. Additiolly, SunSource is working actively on developing export markets for solar photovoltaic (PV) projects in its market segment intertiolly, with a focus on South East Asia and Africa. SunSource is also providing back end design-engineering services for solar projects in the USA.This was stated in a press release.
