Supriya feels positive

DIMORIA, Feb 4: Supriya Gogoi of Dibrugarh is very optimistic about India's chances in women Kho-Kho event of South Asian Games which will kick off tomorrow. She also expressed her delight during the practice session here at Tepesia Indoor Stadium for getting chance to represent India in her own state. She has been playing Kho-Kho since class V and already represented State in tiol Championship in four occasions.

Moreover Tepesia Amiya Kumar Das Indoor Stadium of Sopur is ready for the event. Players of India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal are already practicing Kho-Kho and Handball here while some cyclists took some distance in tiol Highway 37 today.

Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and India are taking part in women Kho-Kho event which will be played in round robin method. India will face Sri Lanka in their first match on Saturday from 12 noon onwards.
