NAGAON, June 23: Assam DGP Kuladhar Saikia on Friday claimed that those ULFA (Ind) cadres who had surrendered recently were definitely the cadres of ULFA although the c-in-c of ULFA (Ind), Paresh Axom alias Paresh Baruah said that they were not the members of the militant group.
Referring to the recent declaration in the media by the chief of the group, DGP Saikia stated that if Paresh Baruah was eager to come out for talks, all would welcome him and there would be no questions of bar by some police officials or other people of the State.
