Symbolic fast by teachers’ association

Golaghat, Feb 27: Under the aegis of Assam High School Teachers Association, a symbolic fast will be held near the DC Office in Golaghat on March 1. All Assam Teachers Employees Joint Forum will take part in the programme to raise their long-pending demands which include provincialization of schools. In a press release, Assam High School Teachers Association Golaghat District unit secretary Pranjal Pradip Sharma appealed to all the teachers from primary level to college level to take part in the protest.
