Cash for job scam

GUWAHATI, June 14: The CBI has started investigating the disproportionate assets of Cash-for-job scam prime accused Rakesh Paul.The Gauhati High Court had earlier directed the CBI to carry out preliminery inquiry into the issue. Subsequently, Paul moved the Supreme Court but the Court rejected his appeal to get a reprieve in the case. Of late, the CBI is gathering the required evidences from the Dibrugarh Police which is primarily carrying out the investigations into the APSC scam.
