Reacting to the allegations by All Papum Pare District Students’ Union (APPDSU) while releasing a CD purported to be the version of accused Dubi Ete (Lollen) who took his me, Taloh said that those who are indulging in corruption would ultimately face the music sooner or later. “I am persolly hurt by such development when I have been endeavoring in ratiolizing the transfer and posting of teachers, the worst problem is confronting the education department for decades. When the efforts have started yielding results, such accusation has served as a damper”, he rued. When asked about commission, Taloh ridiculed saying, “Everyone knows that tender is awarded through strict laid-down official procedure where the successful bidder cannot be predicted. Just accusing the department of awarding works on the basis commission is baseless and completely fabricated.”
“If anyone misuses my me to befool someone why should I be blamed or accused of corruption. Let the law take its own course for the truth to surface,” he added.
Taloh has been under severe criticism for his alleged involvement in seeking commission through one of his associate from a contractor who was promised to award the contract work for construction of the Government College at Doimukh.
