Itagar, March 31: Advocating for collective progress, Tawang MLA Tsering Tashi has appealed the resource owners to dote land for progressive projects, besides making a strong call to all to support the ‘Comprehensive Constituency Infrastructure Programme’. The local MLA, who was addressing a developmental meeting for Kitpi and Jamkhar Panchayat segments at Kitpi secondary school on Friday, further called upon everyone to strive for social, cultural and economic progress of the region. He also laid emphasis on quality works, preservation of rich Monpa traditiol and cultural heritage, and mass enrolment in schools for uplifting the educatiol scerio of the region. Further, the lawmaker supplicated the youth to refrain from inclining on Government jobs and egged them to make themselves worthy by toiling hard and excelling in academics and competitive exams. The main focus of the meeting was to bring more awareness on the constituency long term development infrastructure programme, garnering first-hand report of the grievances of the people and its redressal.
